Here is a vintage Garland Chronograph from the 1940s. Large 36mm case. Ball produced this chronograph under the Garland name which was one of their brands for the US market.
Dial: Beautiful, original dial showing slight but even patina and is a real pleasure to watch the way it changes colors in different light. Signed Garland, 60 second and 30 minute counters. Original gold plated hands.
Case: Unpolished stainless steel case, signed Ball Company caseback.
Movement: Valjoux 22, signed Ball company. Manual wind movement runs fast about 45 minutes + per day. Chronograph functions as it should. I got this from an estate sale so service is highly recommended.
Leather strap is used and shows signs of wear. Not original to the watch.
This is an amazing vintage chronograph watch. A must for any Garland, Ball or watch fan.
