First and foremost, we are watch lovers & enthusiasts first! We aren’t about making you just another “sales figure.” There is more benefit for both of us when we can get to know one another and continue to buy and sell over time. I will never forget the smile on my face when I purchased my very first entry level luxury watch piece and that’s what I want to bring my clients. Whether you are buying your first luxury piece, or 100th, I want to ensure that you receive the attention and service that will bring a smile to your face once you slap the watch on your wrist!
AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE
When purchasing a watch from The Arieli Collection, we guarantee its authenticity 100%. If you receive a piece that you feel is not authentic, please provide proof with an inspection report from a reputable watchmaker and we will work to correct the issue. THE BUYER HAS 3 BUSINESS DAYS TO VERIFY AUTHENTICITY. If purchased directly from eBay, authenticity is verified automatically so this should not be an issue. Upon verification from the report, we will provide a shipping label so you may ship the watch back. Upon receipt and inspection of the piece, we will refund the full price paid for the watch. If upon our inspection, we find that the watch is not in the original condition that it was sent in, swapped, or altered in a way different from what was sent out (IE: swapped movement, etc.) we reserve the right to refuse the refund and return the piece.
PAYMENTS, DEPOSITS, & PURCHASES
When purchasing direct from eBay, payment is required immediately upon purchase. If payment is not made within 4 calendar days, this will result in us cancelling the transaction and negative mark will be made by eBay on the buyer’s profile.
First time direct buyers must pay via wire, Zelle, or Escrow.com with shared fee unless they have a strong reputation and many references. If references check out, we may consider accepting alternate forms of payment such as PayPal.
You may secure a timepiece in stock by putting down a $500 or 10% deposit depending on the selling price. This deposit will secure the piece for 3 business days and is NON-REFUNDABLE. If the time has passed and the balance has not been paid, the watch goes back on sale, and we will keep the deposit. A watch WILL NOT be held without deposit.
Upon purchasing a timepiece from The Arieli Collection, we will ship within two business day and will ship overnight/insured via FedEx unless otherwise noted once payment has cleared. Buyer would be notified in case there are delays in shipping.
WARRANTY & RETURNS
We warrant our “out of factory warranty” watches for 12 months. If your timepiece stops working within 12 months, you may reach out to us for assistance and will cover cost of repairs. We would send you a prepaid shipping label to send the watch back to us so we may send to our watchmaker to assess and complete the repairs. We will cover the cost of repairs so long as it’s within 12 months and the damage is from normal wear. We will not cover the cost of repair due to negligence, abuse, or purposeful damage to the watch. If the watch is still under factory warranty, the recommendation will be to service the watch at an authorized repair facility.
Before considering a potential return, please reach out to us so we can make it right! Buyers are only eligible to return the goods through eBay ONLY if the item is found to not match the listing description. Otherwise, buyers may make a return directly with us WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt of watch for any reason and receive a refund or trade in credit minus the cost of a shipping label, any taxes collected through eBay, and a 10% restocking fee. If the buyer wishes to return the watch after the 7 total days from receipt of watch, the watch will be taken in as a “trade in” and may or may not receive the original purchase price as a trade value. All contents must be in the original condition they were sent out in order to receive the full amount of the disclosed refund or trade in credit. If there is additional damage, missing kit contents, or it is discovered that the watch or any of its original components were swapped or we suspect fraud, we reserve the right to refuse the refund and will return the watch or we will adjust the refund/trade-in credit amount accordingly.
BUY BACK PROGRAM & TRADES
We are proud to offer a Buy Back program for pieces purchased from The Arieli Collection. The buyer has 1 year after the 7-day grace period to sell the watch back to us at an offer better than most jewelers and grey market dealers so long as the watch and contents are in the original condition as they were sent out. If they are not, we reserve the right to refuse the buyback or adjust the offer accordingly.
In addition, the buyer can use the piece to trade for another piece in stock. Trade in value may differ from the buyback price but will be competitive.
Watch Hunt Program
Have a piece you have been looking for but don’t have the time to look for it yourself? Hire us and we will do the work for you. Let us know what piece or type of piece you are looking for, put down a non-refundable deposit of $1,000 or 5% depending on the price of the watch and we will find the best one for you. If after 90 days we still can’t find it, you get your deposit back. If you keep turning down good candidates, we will keep the deposit and will have to start over after 90 days with a new deposit (previous deposit will still count towards final purchase price). No hunt will occur without a deposit.
